Seattle! Palengke Pop-Up Shop is Now Open

The holidays are coming and so are the pop-up shops! Pop-ups are the best way to get to know and support your local businesses. The one I'm most excited about just opened today!

Palengke (Tagalog for "market") is Seattle's first pop-up shop comprised exclusively of Filipino-themed handcrafted gifts and goods. The pop-up is brought to you by the makers of Hood Famous Bakeshop, Food & Sh*t, and Make Look Good.

On opening day at Palengke, we found Hood Famous' suite of products, Kalsada Coffee, Serefina serums, limited letterpress prints and posters from Make Look Good, the Pilipinas coloring book with illustrations by Elaine Villasper, handmade bags, accessories and more. And yes, there is the famous Hood Famous ube cheesecake available for purchase too. There will be new products coming into the shop over the next few weeks, so make sure to check their Instagram or Twitter for the latest! So much good stuff that's perfect for holiday gifts.

Palengke is located upstairs inside the Alchemy Goods boutique on 1528 1st Ave. in Seattle, right across from Pike Place Market. You can stop in to shop 7 days a week from 11:00a.m. to 8:00p.m. now through December 30th!
