Seattle! Uber EATS Is Arriving Now

Seattle! Uber EATS is arriving now. As in, today at 11:00a.m.!

Every day from 11:00a.m. - 2:00p.m., Uber EATS is available for lunch delivery in central Seattle. There's a rotating menu of delicious fare from all the hottest restaurants in the city - so if you've ever craved a Paseo sandwich or drunken chicken from Monsoon while sitting at your desk in some tower in downtown Seattle, you can make those dreams a reality.

I got the chance to try out Uber EATS for lunch yesterday. I went with the trio of salads from Volunteer Park Cafe - a medley of beet, kale & apple salad; fresh Meditteranean quinoa with chickpeas & cucumber; and a pasta salad with goat cheese & sweet cherry tomatoes. So divine!

And it came with a sweet treat from Macrina Bakery!

The meal itself was $12 and there was tax but no delivery fee - which is why I never made much of a habit of using Postmates or other food delivery apps before. Them delivery fees is hot...too hot!
