Growing up in Seattle, I always knew Bumbershoot as the city's biggest showcase for local talent, for mostly locals to experience. I've gone to my fair share over the years, but this was the first year I was really able to absorb all that it's become. From the art, dance, comedy, food, vendors, and yes, the music of course - Bumbershoot is really growing into a festival that's putting the city on the map.
